This is the worst company we have ever had the misfortune to come across. They lied to us from the start. We have almost lost our home because these people told us not to make our house payments while we were in the process of the modification. The charged us to do a loan modification, which we have now found out is illegal. Now when we try to reach them their phone numbers are disconnected. We should have called HUD.
