We actually gave this company two chances to work with us. The first time the rep was very friendly and nice, but never followed through. After spending over two hours with him he never sent us the estimate or any other information concerning our meeting. After much trepidation we decided to give them another chance, this time to have a sliding glass door in our kitchen replaced. The rep was rude and very snobby from the moment he walked into our house. After bragging for over half an hour about his million dollar clients, he still hadn't shown me any of his products. I finally explained that I was told measurements would be taken and an estimate written. He then implied that I didn't want his product and that I probably couldn't afford the product. At that point, I was livid and asked the rep to leave. I have never been so disrespected in my own home. The rep was rude and unprofessional from the moment the appointment started. I would caution anyone who wants new windows to be very careful. You're probably better off finding another company to work them.
