DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! They provide HORRIBLE "customer service" (for lack of a better word). Originally, I signed up for the automatic shipments. They boast that you can "customize" your orders, yet practically every shipment was the incorrect products (not to mention the fact that I paid $85.00 for each order.) On 1/29/08, I called to cancel all future shipments. The customer service representative assured me that she took care of my request for me. However, two months later I received an email stating that my order has been shipped and my credit card has been charged another $85.00. When I called customer service to explain, not only did they have no record of this phone call, but the representative was insisting that I did not call to cancel and was extremely RUDE to me. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, he argued with me! Only after several repeated requests did he reluctantly get a supervisor. The supervisor was no help either, refusing to take responsibility for the shipment & the charges to my credit card. Now I need to be inconvenienced further by waiting for the shipment to arrive, calling customer service back (that should be fun!), getting a return authorization # and waiting on the never ending line at the post office to return a package that should not have been sent out in the first place! It's no sutrprise that Dermacia, Inc. has a "D" rating with the BBB. In my opinion, this rating is way too generous!!
