AVOID THIS COMPANY! We made reservations months in advance for our vacation in Los Angeles, received a confirmation from DeLuxe that very morning, and then were told when we arrived a couple hours later that they had no car for us and would do NOTHING to help us out. They basically said it was beyond their control, and we were on our own, and we ended up having to scramble for a car at the last minute and spending three times our reserved charges - over $200 more than the fee that Deluxe promised us. Since then they've refused to do anything at all to make up for it - even when we offered to split the difference. AVOID THIS RENTAL AGENCY!
