This is the second time I rent from Deluxe. A year ago I rented a Chrysler cruiser and I did not have any problems at all... However, last December, I rented again and this time I was disappointed because they charged me a deposit for $500 dollars!!!! Also, they charged $5 dollars extra a day for using my debit card??!!! Well, I got a Dodge avenger with high mileage and the worst thing was that it was dirty and the smell was just bad!!!!! However, I drove this vehicle for almost two weeks!! I returned it on January 3rd and I was told that my deposit would be returned right away... After reading so many bad stories, I thought that I would lose my deposit. It took them more than 2 weeks to give my money back!! I have my doubts about renting with them anymore! They just move d into a new location. I hope they improve in the future!
