The absolute worst rental car agency in all of Los Angeles. I had a written confirmation in December 2010 for a vehicle at LAX and arrived to find they had no cars. I had to pay twice the amount at another agency. Deluxe refused to assist in finding another car and could have cared less and would not refund the difference. I would not recommend anyone renting with this firm as is disreputable and a rogue rental car agency. Avoid at all costs regardless of the cost. And they refuse to resolve any disputes and ignore the customer and show not the least bit of empathy. A written confirmation means nothing to them.
