CRIMINAL. Will never use Deluxe Rent-A-Car again. My daughter left her laptop under the seat, we returned immediately and it was GONE. The "manager" was not helpful, refused to review the security video footage and did not help in confronting the cleaning crew. They were completely indifferent when the police were called. They almost seemed happy that their employees stole from customers. Just another example of their unethical business practices.
