I have tried this product and the similar 'njoy' product. This is a better deal and a better product (opinion). I have been completely smoke free for about a month now, since I opened the package. I am also having more success cutting back on this than I had on cigarettes. I am down to 1 med cartridge every 3 days. That's a lot less than the pack a day I was smoking. I have one med cartridge left and then I'm switching to low's.
I have had no trouble communicating with the company via the email address provided. They have answered several questions that I had about the device and were prompt and friendly.
