An absolute nightmare. Even this adjective isn't enough to adequately describe our experiences with this company. Ordered a plumbing fixture from them and waited 10 weeks before really beginning to pursue its whereabouts. I was consistently put-off by the owner, Marc Levy, with tales of the item not having been produced yet. Turns out, Deco Brass didn't even submit the order to the manufacturer until one month after I had placed the order with them. Then, after the item shipped, Deco Brass consistently lied to me even though the manufacturer provided me with the ship date and the date of the item's receipt at the local FedEx facility. After much sleuthing we discovered that the item had shipped C.O.D. and that Fed Ex attempted delivery 3 times only to be told each time by Deco Brass that "the check isn't ready." Basically Deco Brass owed the manufacturer for the product and couldn't or wouldn't pay for it and I ended up without a tub fixture. Where did the money go that I paid Deco Brass????
An absolute nightmare!!! I had to pay for another fixture through another retailer and do battle with Deco Brass for a refund. Not only are they rude, they are not financially sound and are the definition of disreputable. Never do business with Deco Brass; I can't imagine why anyone still does.
