I signed with this company in April of 08. They took their money up front. I paid three companies. One of which I negotiated myself. Every letter I received I sent in to them as told. In Nov of 09 I received a letter from an attorney for one of the credit cards. I called them as well as sending it to them. They told me they didn t answer the lawyers because it hastens the process. Two weeks later I was served with a civil lawsuit. They sent me a lovely letter after I called them saying once it went to lawsuit they could do nothing but keep them informed. Jan 09 I was served with a second lawsuit.
I have now fired them and hired a lawyer to file bankruptcy. All this after I have spent over five thousand dollars.
