I recently signed up for this company and was told amazing things they could do for us when I signed up. I tought that this was really going to help us out due to our situation. I was in the situation to either loose my home or pay for our credit card debt. So we choose to do debt consolidation. After repeated calls and paperwork they request from us to show that your creditors want to settle or your account will be charged off we sent to them . We heard nothing from them. They have no contact with you. Then one day I got tired of then not responding so I got in contact with four of my creditors and settedled almost 30,000 of debt down to $6500 on my own. I called debt remedy to let them know I no longer needed there sevices due to the fact I can do this on my own. I got a represenative that was very upset that we did this and asked me why would I do that. I explained you guys are not doing your job so someone needs to. Why pay a company to work for you when you can do this on your own? This company sucks. Do not sign up with them they will jsut take your money and pocket it them for themselves.
