I filled out the information online overnight and missed the phone call in the morning. When I called back an hour after they had called me, the person that answered the phone took down the information and double checked it. Angela was quick and her questions were to the point and easy to understand. She didn't interrupt me when I was speaking, and the whole process was quick and smooth.
