I would urge anyone to avoid this company. Their customer service is very lousy. I purchased an item on 5/4/2010 a few days after my order I sent a reply asking for a shipping confirmation. I was ensured that my order would ship within 2-3 business days. Again the time passed and I sent another e-mail asking for an update. I was then informed that one of my items was a back order item and in order for me to receive the free shipping my "shopping cart" had to be over $100 dollars. So I had to wait for the item to be shipped from the distribution center to the warehouse. Well, with that in mind I was very understanding and cooperative with customer service. I asked for any updates. 2-3 weeks passed and nothing. So I emailed them again wanting a notice. Again I was told 2-3 days and it would be shipped. I began getting impatient after what has now been about a month. I told them I would give them 2 weeks to ship my items or I would want a refund. I was told that they would take all necessary steps to ensure everything was taken care of (I have all e-mails) Now, after threats of small claims court, contact with the Attorney Generals office I still have no refund and no product. I have called their toll free line, and their local phone. They NEVER answer not even once in almost 3 months. STAY AWAY from this company. If I could I would not even give this company the single star below.
