I purchased $379 worth of equipment from Dealer Cost Car Audio on 3/24/2010.
After repeatedly trying to get a tracking number for 3 months, and receiving the same replies' to my requests "2 to 3 days max".. I opted to cancel my order and attempted to get my money refunded back into my account.
After waiting a month and getting the same runaround I replied that I would be reporting them to the BBB as well as writing bad reviews on as many websites as I can find, report this to my credit card & find legal representation.
I got a simple reply the next day saying, "Lets resolve this." I replied that only he can resolve this as "he has my money and needs to refund it back into my bank account."
-Since that last email I sent I have not received 1 email, nor my money back, from Dealer Cost Car Audio.
