It seems impossible to retrieve my amplifier i sent them that i purchased on 12/10/2008 for a warranty issue it seems impossible to get a hold of anyone. its been 6 months since the person at there company signed for the package. their policy says 4-6 weeks to receive your product back.
All i want is for them to send me back the original amplifier if they can not fix the issue. I am more than willing to ship the amplifier to JL Audio themselves and pay for the fix.
Please help me retrieve my product i spent $574.00 for this and it seems to me that i have just been robbed.
The communication between customers is awful i still don't know where my product is.
