I placed an order back on 4/9/2010(#55723). My credit card was charged but the item was never shipped. I tried to resolve the issue by emailing the company---14 emails in all---without success. The company emails claimed the item is on "backorder" but they agreed to cancel the order and refund my money. I never received the refund. I called customer service today and it took 40 minutes to speak to a person. The customer service rep gave me the same backorder mumbojumbo I've already heard, so I asked to speak to his supervisor "Simon". "Simon" offered to check into my refund and suddenly(without a word!), I was back on hold again for 45 minutes. He never returned. I'm disgusted. Dealer Cost Car Audio is a SCAM.
By the way, don't call the toll free # on their website because they just won't answer. Call 949-794-5000 to increase the chance you'll talk to someone.
