Little or no response.
|
This company's motto seems to be, "Ignore the claim and hope it goes away." I have been forced to deal with them several times in the past year regarding damages incurred on my rental cars. It's always a long, dragged out process, with DMA providing little to no response to multiple emails and voice messages. As far as talking to anyone at DMA personally by phone, forget it. It just doesn't happen. I don't really blame them because if I provided such poor response, I'd be afraid to answer the phone, too.
My latest experience with them had me waiting over 3 weeks before they even sent an adjuster to look at the damage. My body shop says the adjuster arrived late last week. I have no further information but if past experience is any guide, I'm still weeks away from any resolution.
