If you are thinking of getting a home loan or refinancing I highly recommend calling Bryan Bowmer at DLJ Financial. My husband and I wanted to refinance to take advantage of the lowest rate in years. We were reluctant to go through the process because
our past experience in refinancing was unpleasant and stressful. However, Bryan Bowmer, Sr Mortgage Banker, made the process unbelievably smooth and stress free. We were actually already working with a different company but the Good Faith Estimate was NOT
as verbally quoted and they wouldn't lock a rate for us before the appraisal. "She" was pressuring me to order the appraisal "before the rates go up". I luckily received a call from Bryan just moments after we ordered the appraisal from the other company.
