I don't even know where to start! I knew that I needed a new car and that Doug (the "D" in D & H) had said he could look for what I wanted, so I gave him a call and submitted a credit application. He payed close attention to what was important to me in the car I was seeking.
He got me a great loan to start (far better than what I believed my mediocre credit would allow) and then continued to search for the best rate, bettering the original loan by 2%!
It took him 2 weeks (we had time) to find our car, but it was so worth the wait! He found many others in the mean time, but I vetoed them all. Like I said, I had time! (I should also mention that Doug has many used cars that are already in amazing condition and ready to drive off the lot!) Anyway, he found me a beautiful Odyssey with low miles and an impeccable vehicle history report. He even drove it over to my husband's office for us to see in the daylight so that we could come in that night and sign the papers to make it official.
Each time I called the office I was able to talk to one of the 4 members that make up the D & H Motors staff and they always knew what was going on with my particular case. Travis and Doug were on top of my loan info, and car purchase the entire time.
I will recommend D & H Motors to everyone who is looking to buy a used car for as long as the business is there!
