Dear Valued Customer, we do apologize for any inconvenience. If you do have a part that is causing issues, we do offer warranty part replacements under your warranty. However, it is a warranty replacement and the original item is required to be returned to CyberPower. Should you still have an issue with that particular item or any concerns, please contact cyberhd.tech@cyberpowerpc.com so that we may address your issue or concern.
