Quite simply, terrible service. They first decided to put a hold on my PC and then simply cancelled it. They wanted to charge a minimum of $150 for shipping. Their "customer service" was useless. It's too bad, because they offered a sweet computer, and I had kind of fallen in love with it, but there's plenty of other fish in the sea! Don't waste your time, I know I never will again...
