I have to disagree with the poor ratings previously noted for Cutieclothes.com. Perhaps I was just lucky or they have since replaced/trained their staff. I recently (March 2010) received a defective dress (on time) that had spots on it and a zipper pull that broke when I zipped it up on our flowergirl. I took a chance and ordered a replacement since this was the only flowergirl dress I had found that I liked. The next business day I called (had to repeatedly hit redial until someone picked up) and spoke with a very nice representative (Kristy) who was beyond helpful and apologetic. She explained to me what to do in order to process my return (treated as exchange since I ordered a replacement already). I mailed the dress back via USPS Priority Mail to guarantee it arrived by the 10th day after I received it. (Some prior reviews state their return policy is 10 days after shipment...it's actually 10 days after delivery.) Soon after I mailed back the defective dress, I received the replacement and also a full refund, including the original shipping charge.
It wasn't a perfect transaction, but it wasn't absolutely horrible either. This is my third review regarding my experience (posted to 2 other sites) as I feel credit is due to this company given all the bad reviews they've previously received. Perhaps they are a shady company, but I cannot speak poorly of them when they not only took care of the defective dress issue but also sent me a replacement that will be perfect for our wedding day.
