I placed two orders knowing I would return a couple dresses. One order was sent and the other order wasn't which I needed by a certain time but left plenty of time to receive. I called and had to pay $37.00 extra because they hadn't one order. I received two of one dress which now makes me unable to return them according to their policy. I still haven't received one item of my order and no mention of it on the order form. I received an email that I had to call them in order to receive my in store credit or have the orders returned at my expense. When calling them back the customer service rep was very helpful and passed me to the owner. He proceeded to yell at me and hung up on me. I continued to call them to ask to talk to the owner and he told me if I keep calling they would call the sheriff's office. Considering we are five states away from them I don't feel recalling them to see what I could do for a return I was told they would not answer my phone calls. If you order something it better fit because customer service will yell at you and hang up on you without any satisfaction. The owner has no customer service skills and will not listen to you if there is a problem. I would not recommend doing business with this company.
