My experience with this organization was disappointing. The service was a little slower than suggested on the web page (10 business days + shipping). What was most disappointing was upon receipt of the product, the enclosed packing slip stated, “We recommend Dry Clean Only” for all items. This type of clothing is most typically purchased for and/or worn by college students and dry cleaning is impractical and this information was not made known in the product description or on-line information. This recommended dry cleaning is not included in the garments when received, so unless purchaser pays close attention to the packing slip, the garment might become ruined. The red hoody sweartshirt that I purchased was machine washed in cold water on a delicate cycle and the red color bled through the white letters. Had I known any clothing purchased from this company requires dry cleaning, I may have made my choices a little more carefully.
