Review 7/1/2010

We had a terrible experience with Brian Kolb of Caldwell Banker. Having decided to sell our home in early 2010 we hired Mr. Kolb. He had a great sales pitch however once the paperwork was signed Mr. Kolb took photographs which he then doctored, listed the property in the MLS incorrectly and then did absolutely nothing. Never once did he arrange an open house or show our home. We had to receive all agent calls, arrange appointments with agents and show the property ourselves. Mr. Kolb insisted that we had to price our property below comps. I feel his only concern was to quickly flip our property and make a quick commission. We eventually sold our home with another agent/agency that diligently promoted our home and it eventually sold above the neighborhood comps. Had we listened to Brian Kolb of Coldwell Banker Westlake Village we would have lost more than $100,000.00.
