Evergreen Window Door and More is under the umbrella of TWC Group of which Malibu Window and Door and Crystal Pacific Window and Door System also come under this umbrella.
We are currently working indirectly with Jack Cheng, Sales Manager, through Monica, to resolve a host of issues brought on by a sales rep who we feel grossly misrepresented himself and the work to be performed right from the very beginning. Our order was written up for one window to be installed. We paid a requested 50% deposit.
The installer came out with a retrofit window. We questioned the retrofit window because Jackey Hu, the sales rep, had written in and charged us extra "to remove the existing frame."
You can't install a retrofit window if the old existing frame is removed. Hello? To make a longer story short, we have a partially incorrectly installed retrofit window sitting askance in a window opening that is now too big for the size of the (incorrect) window that was ordered.
The installer came out expecting to install a retrofit yet our order was for the existing frame to be removed. The paper work that we saw with the installer showed that someone had written in bold letters RETROFIT. Someone changed the order that we affixed our signature to......Hello!
.....will update more later how this is resolved by the Sales Mgr. We are appalled the sales rep has the gall to backpedal and try to get us to "make the shoe fit" to his satisfaction), not ours.
