I am livid. I just received an email from crunchless abs stating that they would cancel my unwanted subscriptions for DVDs every 60 days but that I would be charged in 30 days for the remainder of my bill. When I called to ask wht remaining balance they were referring to the customer service representative proceeded to tell me that I was being charged $19.99 for the two DVDs I received on march 3. I had already been charged $27 for the shipment but that THEY had split up the payment into two charges of $27 to total $44. When I asked him where they were coming up with two charges when I was only told there would be one charge of $19.99 for the subscription they then said that each DVD that was sent was $19.99 which is how they came up with the 2 charges of $27 (which includes they shipping charges). I told him at no time was I EVER told that I would be charged for each DVD I received. I was only informed that there would be a one time charge of $19.99. He apologized. I told him I didn't want his apology I want confirmation that I would not be charged for the two unwanted DVDs I received to which he told me that if I didn't want the DVDs to send them back and that I would not be charged further. I will have these DVDs in the mail on tomorrow and if I am charged I will dispute the charges with my bank because their website is misleading and deceptive. DO NOT ORDER THIS SYSTEM UNLESS YOU ARE READY TO KICK OUT $27 A MONTH FOR SOMETHING YOU DO NOT WANT. BESIDES THAT THE DVDS DON'T ACTUALLY HELP. TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SIGN UP FOR A GYM MEMBERSHIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!
