My story is the same as with previous reviewer
I ordered the DVD. Without my knowledge, they automatically enrolled me in a subscription so that I am receiving DVDs every month. I sent the DVDs back and they alledge they never received them and refuse to credit my account. In the meantime, they keep charging me.
