I ordered the DVD off of the website & did not notice the "you will then be sent a DVD very other month for $19.99 plus $6.98s&h" disclaimer. I was charged $43.97 (not sure where they got that amount)several weeks before they actually arrived. I was told to put a return authorization # on the package before returning it (which I did) and I would then be refunded when it is received in the warehouse. It has not been almost six weeks since I returned it and they supposedly have still not received it and will not refund the money. So make sure you cancel right away before they send anymore dvd's.
