I ordered a urn and when I got it, there was no packing slip or anything included. The urn was a SOLID box with no way to open it to put the ashes. The place where there was supposed to be a picture, it was just flush with the wood and no way to slip a picture in it. On the bottom of the urn there was a sicker that said "made in china." I called the company and it was an answering service, and 3 times I was told a message would be forwarded to them. I never got a call back. I called one more time to tell them I am just going to return the urn to the return address: hence, no phone call back. When I returned the package, it was not accepted and was sent back to me asking for ANOTHER $12.60 postage and handling fee. I just called my credit card company and stopped payment to this sham of a company. SHAME ON THEM and all I can say is when their loved one dies, " karma" will come to visit.
