they have to use the cheapest of products in my opinion...NOT EVEN 2 WEEKS into getting my sterling silver turquoise heart pendant to hold my beloved brothers ashes i felt something drop from my shirt. i went to go investigate....low and behold the pendant separated from the sterling silver chain. not broken at the claps but mid chain..beyond aggrivated a wasted 130$ + tax and shipping for a broken necklace... Cheapskates
