12-30-15 Update to Original Review Won't Return My Call Since I Submitted Poor Reviews

I was very skeptical at first, but now have confidence in Credit Assistance. You don't get much phone support. It's more by email, but it is effective. Cory responds quickly. The only drawback is because I have financial goals (I wish they would be removed a little faster). They still have more work to do and I hope to have it removed by January 2016, but at least I can see that it works. For example, a tax lien that I paid 3 years ago, but has stayed on my credit report, was removed.
12-30-15 This is an update to my original review almost 5 months since starting the service. I have not been satisfied with the service for the last few months. I get repeated huge credit reports from the 3 credit agencies and have to upload them as well as upload other mail from creditors. I continually have to ask CreditAgenda to clear my cache to allow the uploads (rather unprofessional and time consuming).
I lapsed 1 payment a few months ago, so that month did not count. I saw improvement the first 2 months after I signed up, but since month 2, nothing has changed.
The credit reports usually state the same reason for NOT removing the negative information, as if the approach from Credit Agenda is the same each month. Am I wasting my money at this point? I don't know. I am a hard working single parent, who was unable to find work since the housing market crashed but has been fortunate enough to be working full-time now.
When I signed up, I was told by Victoria that it would take a few months to see results, but almost 6 months in, I'm not sure any other changes will take place, but I'M STILL PAYING....Corey tells me it will take 12 months for best results but I was with another agency -- both times, my score improved substantially within 6 months.... Confused in Conyers
