Creativity in Living has just recently completed construction for my own single-family residence - one that I engineered and intend to live in for a long time. As a structural engineer, I am familiar with the construction industry, and in all my dealings with different contractors, I selected Bert Notch to be my general due to his thoughtfulness, experience, insight, and follow-through.
My home was completed in just over 7 months, and experienced very little in the way of delays or budgetary surprises. I can attribute this directly to the help of Bert and his team of subcontractors. In addition to his construction experience, Bert is also extremely qualified in design and architecture. He personally added several touches to my project that I would have never thought of, and they helped make my residence into a home.
