After I installed in Saturn #1 a new Pioneer radio/CD player that I had bought from Crutchfield, I thought it sounded scratchy and tinny, possibly because I needed new speakers. The staff at Crazy Stereo told me my original Saturn speakers were OK and that I didn't need new ones. They adjusted the complicated settings on my new Pioneer unit and now the system sounds great. They didn't charge me anything.
That same afternoon, I brought in Saturn #2, which had a non-functioning front speaker. Crazy Stereo installed my Crutchfield speakers for $70 in less than an hour.
I was very pleased with my transactions with Crazy Stereo.I solved the audio problems in both my cars in one easy afternoon.
