I used their service only once for a course I was having difficulty with. The help I received was excellent and gave me the leg up I needed. Not only did their service live up to it's promise, this company actually went above and beyond what I expected. I forgot to cancel my account when my course ended and when I saw another charge on my credit card I canceled my account and chalked up my loss as my own forgetfulness. I submitted a ticket saying that I had simply forgotten to cancel the service in the off chance there was anything anybody could do. A few weeks later I get an email stating that the renewal fee would be refunded! They have shown me exemplary virtue and for that I will gladly recommend their service.
