As the presiding officer on the Board of Directors of Woodridge Townhouse Association I have had the great pleasure of working directly with Cox Construction Services for the last eight years. Cox remodeled our pool cabana including two restrooms and the
entire exterior. They replaced much of the deteriorated stucco throughout the complex and replaced and rebuilt the majority of our exterior iron hand rails on a exterior staircases. Last month they completed a total remodel of our complex entrance. Beside
these major projects Cox had been willing to assist us in such minor repair as mailbox replacement, walkway repairs and minor gate repairs. I have never been less than totally satisfied with the quality of their work, the fairness of their bid, and the timely
completion of each job. I can and do recommend Cox Construction without reservation.
