I ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter in October 2009, it's been over 3 months and I did not receive them. I have sent several emails, I receive emails stating she will be in contact in 1-2 business days. I did make a phone call today, but from what it sounds like I will not be getting a call back. I have never had trouble ordering online, this is just crazy. I would not order from Couture Baby Boutique...you will probably not receive your order and if you have a question "good luck" getting a response. I wouldn't even give it one star!
