DONT USE THIS CARRIER IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR and MONEY. I signed a written contact with the company to transport my vehicle from CA to MA. When I signed the agreement, I agreed to pay them a $250 deposit to be charged to my credit card. Upon receipt of my order, the company charged my $850 dollars (instead of $250 I agreed to) and left a negative balance of $150 dollars in my checking account. I called and emailed over 30 times and no persons are available to answer the phone to date. A representative from Countrywide responded to my email (did not apologize) and said they would credit my card. To date, the company has not issued me a reversal of charges and refuse to return my phone calls.
All employees act in bad faith and will defraud you, STAY AWAY. This company should have their business licensed revoked, and be subjected to both civil and criminal penalties pursuant to California law. If anyone out there is interested in joining me in a lawsuit against the company please write back.
