I recently renewed my membership via mail. On my next visit to Costco the payment had not been processed yet and I had to renew on the spot at the cash register. I was told I would be reimbursed the extra payment.
Very glad to report they promptly reimbursed the extra payment.
I go to the store in Corona, CA and am uniformly impressed with the store.
Kudos to Costco for both the store and their prompt handling of this matter.
