My father saw the info commercial for the Swivel Sweeper. He said that they advertised that if you call right away it would be free shipping and handling. He called right away and when we received it we could not believe they charged us almost 42.00 for shipping and handling, which is more than the actual product. When my mother called, they were not very accomodating and informed my mother that if we wanted to send it back, it would be less the shipping and handling. This is a scam. The product is flimsy and not worth the money. Even if we send it back, they still will be keeping almost 40.00 because no way does it cost so much to ship this item. Like another reviewer said, there are much better products in the marketplace.
