First of all, they need to be honest with there clients. They lied to my sister from the very first day when she signed their contract.
Just a little bit of advice, before you sign there contract make sure to read everything. Especially the part where it says that they get 33% of the settlement but that's only if it's settled within 60 days. If they don't settle your case within 60 days then their charges go up to 40%. That was not discussed with my sister who hired this company as her lawyers. They didn't fight for her and she ended up getting hardly any thing when she deserve so much more for the amount of injuries she sustained in this accident. Take my advice make sure you really investigate before you sign anything with this company.
