I spoke with a debt counselor by the name of Jane Adams who was extremely helpful and knowledgable. She explained with great detail how I could reduce my debt to about half and be debt free in just a few years. They negotiate on my behalf with my creditors and I won't have to deal with the phone calls. She gave me exact figures of what my monthly payment will be and what I will save down to the penny. Very accurate, precise and friendly to deal with. It makes you feel as though you have someone on your side to go up against the big credit card companies.
