Not Impressed at all

First they send me a Proposal to bring my interest rate to 3% asked me to send $5200.00 to show my Bank I'm serous about reducing my rate.
Well that was a fabrication because they took the money and ran. No Mod but they did hook me up with Keeping your home California good right? Hell no my interest rate is at 5.5% 1700.00 per month I'm on Disability now and I am having trouble making the payments DO NOT SEND MONEY to them. I'm very disappointed Sam Cheing was in charge but no dice. Just wondering if they enjoyed my hard earned money? I didn't.
