I was skeptical of this company at first because I had already had so many offers for loan modifications that fell through because I made too much money to qualify. I had given up hope and started a short sale on our home when Sam contacted me. I usually find speaking on the phone concerning business tedious and difficult, but Sam is exceptionally personable and actually put me at ease. Sam convinced me CAA could help, and after a few months, I now pay over 400 dollars a month less on my mortgage! He stayed in touch throughout the negotiation, and I actually enjoyed talking with him.
