Loan Hardship Modification Scam

Their underwriter scammed my wife and I out of 1650.00! He stated we would be foolish not to let him help us. Bank of America immediately denied our mod package request stating are interest rate is good and we do not qualify. CAA stated they would get
back to us and have their "compliance dept" review our loan. Never heard back from them numerous emails and calls go unanswered. Come to find out from the BBB, they are not licensed with the California Bureau of Real Estate. Many complaints are appearing that
unfortunately did not seem to be around when I decided to go ahead with this agreement.
