Be Weary!

I have done business with this company in the past, and wasn't completely thrilled with the service. But I needed one more piece of equipment and wanted it to match what I already had. The second time I did business with this company, my experience was not good at all. The equipment came damaged, which wasn't their fault, but it was how they responded to my need, to get a new one. They made me send back the damaged one before they would ship out a new one, said it would be here the next day. This was on Thursday it is now Tuesday and the item is still not here. Consonance was more concerned with their business than with their customers. I will not be doing business with this company again. I will be opening a wellness center in the future and will need new equipment. They have just lost out on a very large order.

CCI tried to fulfill your need on your replacement item promptly. As promised, CCI shipped the replacement item out on Thursday via FedEx Ground service and recall the damaged item from your location. Unfortunately this initial ordered item was damaged during FedEx ground shipping transit. Since you've paid for FedEx ground shipping on the initial ordered item, CCI replace this replacement item to you via FedEx Ground shipping. FedEx tried attempted to deliver this replacement item to your location on Monday but your business was closed. FedEx is out again to your location for delivery today, hopefully your business will be open. Hope we can earn your business for your future orders.
