AVOID this company and Frank the owner

(Summer 2012) I fell for Frank, the owner, scam demo. for Terrazzo floor restoration. I paid a deposit. He 'supposedly' completed the work and the floor looked exactly like it did before he started! When I complained that it did not look the way the demo spot did and the way he promised it would, he replied that I should be happy with my floor looking that way! Instead of fixing the problem or refunding the 50% deposit, he demanded more money! I hired another company who had to do everything that Frank was supposed to have done. Frank tries to place contractor liens on your property. I have learned of 3 other people who had the exact same experience with him as I did within a short time frame. He is being sued by various parties for this behavior! AVOID HIM AT ALL COSTS!!!
