I have had THE WORST experience with this organization from beginning to end and it still isn't finished. They shipped the wrong item, it took me two weeks of calling to have them issue a return ticket, they received the item on 1/9/2009 from my returning it and after another 4 phone calls (forget it if you think they will return your messages or emails) to have them get around to issuing a credit. And now, for the coupe de grace, they are trying to charge me a 20% charge (was a $722 item) to restock the item on their mistake. So, will be more phone calls tomorrow (each phone call expect to wait 20 minutes on hold first) to let them know there is no way I am paying for a restocking on THEIR mistake. Seriously, throw your body across your keyboard or phone pad before you order from these people! This has been the absolute worst shopping nightmare of my entire existence. At least they are consistent in consistently making a mistake at every point that they could....Horrific!
