When we hired CCP we explained that our most important needs were 1) Transferring Mom because she can’t transfer due to left side paralysis. 2) Avoiding falls due to the fact my mothers’ skull was partially removed (craniotomy). Caregiver A arrived and because of her inability to transfer mom from the bed to the commode the first night we asked for a replacement. Patty (caregiver B) was the only caregiver that was able to care for mom safely. Caregiver C called the fire dept to assist mom after she fell on a Friday and she failed to report it to her employer or us. Caregiver D failed to lock the wheel chair brakes during a transfer while we were on vacation, which caused Mom to fall. We immediately asked for a replacement. The reason CCP gave us for terminating our contract was “they felt we would not like anyone else they sent. Due to the incompetence of 3 of the 4 caregivers we feel we did not get the service we contracted for on many occasions. The CCP manager never took responsibility or apologized for any of these safety incidents but instead gave excuses each time. Overall we did not have a good experience with this company and would not recomend them to anyone
