I am so impressed with Steve and his crew from Compass Van Lines. My work really screwed me by giving me only 2 weeks to move. I scrambled and tried to get quotes from reputable companies, and quickly found just about everyone to have negative feed back on-line. The process started out great with my sales rep Kenneth, who was very professional and explained everything to me over the phone. It was then I soon noticed the difference between Compass and the other companies I had been speaking to. Both the driver (Steve) and sales office (Kenneth & Penny) were in contact with me the whole step of the way, answering my questions and keeping updated with the status of my shipment. For anyone that is in my situation and needs assurance for quality service. I would highly recommend this company.
